HOW TO APPLY / REGULATIONS / FEES
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your Applications. Submitting the Application signifies that you understand the conditions, acknowledge that these obligations must be met in a timely manner, and recognise that failure to do so will invalidate your Application. Our purpose in emphasizing these conditions is to avoid misunderstandings that could lead to cancellation of your Application.

You have to be at least 17 years of age Graduate of Professional Ballet School to Apply
Or: Experienced professional dancer (must be not older than 26 years of age at the time of Audition)

Application processing fee: €45 (IVA 21% included) non-refundable
Administration Fee: €290.00 (IVA 21% included)
Step 1 - Application
Application deadline is at 00.00 PARIS time - MARCH 20, 2020. Please note: We reserve the rights to close application process once the amount of the accepted applicants reached its limit, therefore, it is advisable to Apply early.
Fill out Online Application Form
Insert Video recording of a variation from classical ballet repertory (any variations) clearly showing your full potential. Video has to be recent and not older than 6 months. Alternatively Video can be of Class showing exercises on centre:
For Ladies everything on Pointe
- Entrechat six
- Petit Allegro
- Grand Allegro
- Double tours (for Gentlemen Only)
- Candidate must Upload two (2) colour photographs when filling out the Application ("SELFIES" are not acceptable)
1 - Headshot / Portrait Photograph - in an "Arabesque" (LADIES ON POINTE, GENTLEMEN DEMI-POINTE)
1 - Full body photograph in appropriate ballet attire showing clear line of the dancer
Should Applicant fail to provide the required documents in the required format APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND FEE WILL BE LOST!
Payment of the Application Processing fee €45 euro (IVA 21% included) must be paid by online payment when submitting the Application or via Bank Transfer (in this case Applicant must send us the receipt of the transfer)
Fill out Online Application then make payment, not the other way around!
Step 2 - Selection from the variation video
D&D Art Productions artistic team will assess candidate's ability and level. The Candidate shall be notified of the results by email address provided in the application form at the latest by the Deadline date. The decision of the artistic team is final and no further discussion or email exchange will take place!
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK the email address entered on the Application form. We will only respond to the email provided on the Form.
Step 3 - Confirmation of the selection
Once Candidate is informed of their acceptance to Grand Audition, they must do the following:
Confirm their participation at the Grand Audition by return email within three (3) working days of the selection notification.
Administration Fee of €290 (IVA 21% included) must be paid within 5 (five) calendar days of the selection notification.
Administration fee can be paid via online payment or via bank transfer, Net of any bank charges and with the name of the candidate in the reference field.

Reimbursements are allowed ONLY in case of illness or injuries and ONLY if the Candidate presents 2 (two) different medical certificates from 2 (two) different Specialised Physicians. Certificates issued by a Physiotherapist and Osteopaths are NOT ACCEPTED. Handwritten Certificates are NOT ACCEPTED. Long-term Injuries/illness resulting from previous or old chronic injuries/illness will not be considered for the reimbursements.
All the Certificates issued by the physicians/doctors must be on the official medical blank with letterhead and must bear the name of the institution/clinic with the exact address. The certificates must specify the diagnosis in accordance with the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. It must include the date of the Injury or illness, date of issue of the certificate, the Physicians / Doctors signature and Collegiate number of the Doctor and the Authority Centre where this certificate was issued. Certificates for reimbursements must be submitted no later than FEBRUARY 20, 2020 (One month before the deadline of the registration). Certificates of injuries or illness that occurred after FEBRUARY 20, 2020, are NOT ACCEPTED. Injuries that occurred due to an old injuries are not eligible for refund.
Maximum reimbursement of 200 Euro will be given to the injured/ill Candidate if he/she is able to provide all the necessary documents in the right time.
Any other cancellation/withdraws before or during the GRAND AUDITION does not entitle the reimbursement of any fee.
